In the better country of my dreams
that’s neither dim nor dangerous,
where we’re glad to have another day,
the Archbishop for the Church of Joy is
His Holiness, Ferris Bueller.
As Patron Saint of Survivors we have
Her Eminence, Tina Turner. And
the Civilian Administrator for the
Wheel of Fortune is the Honorable
Rod Serling. Like the wheels on the bus
the Wheel of Fortune goes round and round,
turning gloom to gladness, overturning
bullies with bravery. As Sir Rodman showed,
one minute you’re lording over ant-sized
aliens, then their giant cousins arrive
and squash you like a bug.
